Hand Painted Billy Balloon
These hand painted floral Billy Balloons are our personal favorite! Once you place an order Cedar (who paints the florals) will give you a call to discuss your balloon design. You can choose what color scheme you'd like your floral design to be and share any design inspiration you may have. We've also painted things like rainbows and other doodles so message us if you have a creative design idea!
Our "Billy" Balloons are round 36in helium balloons. We recommend picking your balloons up on the day of your event or at the earliest the day prior to your event. You can garnish your balloon with tassels or a tail.
Please note the colors can vary slightly from the pictured colors. Also, all orders are subject to availability of the colors you selected &/or our hand lettering artist's availability. We will contact you ASAP should an item you select not be available. If you would like to order something not listed on this order form, give us a call! We'd be happy to help!

Helpful Balloon Info
Balloon Care - A MUST READ!
We are not resposible for any balloon pops that occur after pick up or delivery. Balloons should be stored indoors away from direct sun or heat. If you plan to use your balloons outdoors, you assume the risk of weather or other factors that come into play in an outdoor environment. Mylar filled balloons may deflate some in cooler temperatures. They typically return to normal once they warm up. Balloons are never intended to be released outdoors. Supervise children at all times around balloons. Dispose of any popped balloons immediately as they can be chocking hazards.
Pick Up & Delivery
Balloon items can not be shipped. The Balloon Bar items can be picked up in-store during business hours OR you can add on local delivery.
Float Times
Exact float times vary. Standard latex balloons float for approximately 8-12 hour. Our 16in large balloons float for 12-24 hours. Our oversized billy balloons float for over 24+ hours... some have been known to last weeks!!!
